AVP Risk

This position will play a crucial role in managing and mitigating risk exposures. The AVP will be responsible for overseeing the risk assessment process, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and implementing effective risk management strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of risk analysis, portfolio management, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities include: Portfolio Management, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Mitigation, Reporting and Analytics, Team Leadership, Model Validation, Stress Testing, Business Rule, ECL Validation, Monthly Risk Metrics Tolerance Limit Validation

Qualification: Chartered Accountant/CA Equivalent/ MBA

Experience 8+ years of experience in retail credit/ risk space with bank of repute / NBFCs

- Knowledge of regulations around retail and corporate finance

- Ability to derive industry insights & analyze best practices across industry

- Ability to analyze the portfolio risk and to deal with big ticket customers
