AVP - Risk Manager - Microfinance & Secured Loans

- Responsible for creation & managing Credit underwriting framework of microfinance & secured products portfolio to enhance quality of customer onboarding in line with extant policy framework

- Credit due-diligence framework for microfinance and structured products portfolio

- Data analytics with credit bureau to undertake portfolio scrub for insights on new product development, identifying early warning signals, & opportunity mapping in new geographies

- Reviewing Product, policy & risk governance including portfolio management of microfinance loans and secured products

- Stress Testing, ICAAP, Residual risk assessment

- Concentration & segment risk and constant monitoring of portfolio in line with organisation's stated risk appetite and extant regulatory regime

- Review of NPA projections and delinquency review on a monthly basis with business

- Tracking of critical Risk governance related parameters and flagging the same to business and concern team for resolution as per defined timelines; closure of internal audit issues pertaining to Risk management framework

- Preparation of portfolio dash boards highlighting major trends in portfolio, industry performance, and de-risk strategies and update on major projects under Risk vertical

- Enterprise Risk Management Unit (ERM)

- Monitoring of portfolio distribution, concentration & segment risk and constant monitoring of underwriting policies & processes

- Experience in Outsourcing risk assessment

- Oversee management of Organisation's risk governance & policy framework for microfinance portfolio

- Create/review/monitor the policy & risk monitoring framework for microfinance, MSME & Affordable Housing portfolio

- Designing policy & product framework for managing government sponsored loans mandated by central, state governments and undertakings

- Assessment of portfolio performance, market insights, asset quality review and update on breach of any critical policy/process norms
