Job Description :

Risk Management :

- Establish and monitor key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.

- Analyze transactions, internal reports and financial information for potential fraud risks.

- Evaluate regulatory compliance program in consultation with legal department.

- Maintain reports of significant risks and recommendations and publish issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the CTO and provide recommendations for improving the organization's operations.

- Create policies, procedures and control assessments in response to identified risks Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company's goals and objectives

- Provide training and technical support to management and employees regarding risk management strategies and programs.

Internal Audit :

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's business strategy, policies, processes, risks and controls.

- To work closely with all Functions within the Company for defining Audit Calendar and Scope & Coverage.

- Conduct internal audits for Field and Corporate in accordance with the agreed programme as well as ad hoc reviews and audits as required.

- Communicate the results of audits and reviews via written reports and oral presentations to executive management, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.

- Ensure Audit Reports are followed up to confirm implementation progress and report upon non-compliance with Audit recommendations

- To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, and monitor management's response and implementation.

- To work with management to ensure a system is in place which ensures that all major risks of the charity are identified and analyzed, on an annual basis.

- Represent Internal Audit at management and Board meetings and committees and with external organizations.

- Manage an appropriate interface with external auditors.

- Employ and develop an appropriately-sized internal audit team.

ISO Related :

- Investigating any security issue that members of staff raise in connection with their work.

- Addressing unresolved security issues with the Information Security Officer.

- Ensure that staff has signed their contract indicating that they understand and will comply with the required legislation.

- Report all security incidents timely.

- Carry out disciplinary procedures as defined by HR.

Qualification : Any PG.

Experience : 10-16 years

Age : less than 40 years
