- Should have Global Risk Management Experience.

- This is a Risk governance role which would require driving high quality outputs and ensuring that organizational risks are managed through embedding effective controls.

Key Responsibilities :

Operations :

- Support in establishing governance controls across all units & joint ventures for consistency and best practice sharing.

- Maintain a detailed understanding of controls including operational, information security, and business continuity controls.

- Perform regular reviews and / or reporting to effectively exercise oversight and governance of India operations, and effectively liaise between onshore, offshore and Risk functions.

- Identify key risks associated with India operations and establish escalation mechanism to address them in a timely manner.

- Ensure all operations are in compliance with the Master Services Agreement.

- Coordinate and ensure joint venture partners are well-prepared for, responsive to, and successful in internal and external audits and reviews.

- Support global and/or regional initiatives through adequate project management.

- Identify efficiencies in the governance workflow and implement improvement/changes.

- Ensure that each JV designs, maintains, and oversees a comprehensive system of controls to identify, mitigate, and address potential business and operations risks.

- Plan and conduct regular reviews of our Joint venture Risk Management framework. Analyse the effectiveness of underlying controls. Provide recommendations on potential improvements if any.

- Independently conduct regular reviews and spot checks across all operations.

- Ensure time resolution and/or escalation of key findings from an internal or external review.

- Meet regularly with Risk Managers, Compliance Officers, and Internal Auditors to ensure preparedness for any areas of concern, plan for upcoming reviews, and follow up on ongoing issues.

- Plan and execute various governance projects related to India operations.

- Attend and participate in risk meetings, identify issues and facilitate resolution.

- Design, develop and maintain standard documentation for key risk meetings and forums.

- Drive greater accountability / transparency from India risk functions.

- Oversee Business Continuity planning for Joint ventures and Captive. Support corporation-wide BCP planning from India.
