AVP - Risk & Control - Gurgaon - Insurance  Role Purpose:  - Provide an expert opinion and oversight over enterprise wide risk management with key focus on operational risks  - Subject matter expertise in the area of risk management and advice to management and the business on management of risks  - Execute local ORIG and support implementation of Board approved risk policy and global risk initiatives   - Assist the CRO in effectively overseeing and maintaining risk profile of the business including the losses/ incidents   - Engage in key business initiatives and projects to ensure that risk exposure is considered and addressed in line with the risk appetite of the Company.  - An enterprise risk management person having experience in all domains of risk management like operational, market, liquidity, credit, insurance, strategic risk, fraud risk, BCP, IT Risk, vendor risk, people risk   - The role holder shall act as back up of the CRO role and shall represent at the ExCO and Board risk committee along with the CRO. Hence, need to be confident and a subject matter expert. The role holder shall interact with ExCO members frequently   - Good grasp on internal control environment and familiar with international risk management frameworks deployed/ required to be deployed in BFSI sector   - A probing bent of mind and a person who is good at asking the right & relevant questions.
