Responsibilities Includes: - Compliance Monitoring Reviews. - Supporting Policy compliance, implementing regulatory requirements. - Supporting the team to drive Senior Management and Certification regime (SMCR). - Support the design, communication, and compliance of robust Policies & Standard Operating Process (SOP) documents, across the business. - Maintain the compliance remediation tracker by aligning with various stakeholders. - Support second line assurance on new products released/to be released. - You will maintain the Risk Management Framework. - Assist the 'first line' in identifying and evaluating risk areas across all operational activities. - Manage BRCC, ExCo, ERC and OpCo risk reporting and MI. - You will deliver on-going Second Line risk assurance. - Perform compliance related SLOD testing. Desired Skills: - A thorough working knowledge of FCA/PRA rules and other UK regulations in banking products. - Relevant experience in maintaining risk management frameworks, compliance monitoring. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical skills, able to analyse complex issues in a methodical and structured way with appropriate attention to detail. - Proactive investigation and problem-solving skills.
