We have an AVP - Risk Analytics - Retail Banking opportunity with A LEADING GLOBAL BANK based out at Kolkata.

Experience Required : 8 yrs (Min.) - 12 yrs (Max.)

Educational Requirement : Masters in Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Operations Research or any Quantitative subject from Premier Indian or Global institute.

Skills Required :

- At least 8 years of experience in risk management preferably in the field of modeling , basel or portfolio risk management.

- Statistical Model developing experience (Basel Models - PD, LGD, EAD) for Retail Banks.

- SAS to develop models.

Job Description :

- Lead the BASEL II Analytics domain.

- Ensure delivery of high quality analytical solutions for the existing and new engagements comprising Basel model development, Use Test, RWA management , Risk apatite statements, AOP Stress Testing etc.

- Provide actionable analytical solutions for business problems

- Good understanding of business domain, functional goals, and the required technical expertise.

- Set a clear expectation for the project deliverable, particularly for the projects in long term nature

- Develop and maintain relationships and work well with all levels of management.

- Develop and manage statistical models for both BAU models (scorecards) and Basel models to enhance the business decision making and support various business functions.
