AVP - Retail Broking - South Region

Position: AVP - Retail Broking(South Region)

Reports to: Business Head

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Location - Chennai or Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition and servicing of clients.

- Revenue generation from Equity products

- Cross Selling of Insurance / Mf's / commodities

- Advise and help branches in generating new leads for development of sub brokers / franchisees

- Coordinate and handle the day-to-day branch operations

- Interact with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship

- Establish and support new branches in co-ordination with the Regional Manager and Vice President

Organizational Relationships:

- Candidate is expected to attend meetings fixed in a month and seeking businesses through references.

- Candidates will get thorough training on all subject matters and sales. Travelling within city and outstation for client meetings could be an integral part

Skills:

- Candidate should be able to develop independent view and should have the skill set of convincing clients for hedging their exposures using Forwards, Futures, Swaps and Options.

- Candidate should have excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)

Qualification - MBA Preferable
