AVP - Resource Management - Gurgaon based Captive

- Formulate an end-to-end solution to manage work volume across teams, geographies & services

- Analyze and plan capacity for additional projects (eg. Data Conversions, New Geography, New Plans)

- Regularly assess capacity across all teams and suggest solutions to ensure even distribution of work

- Decide allocation of team for ad hoc mid-year transitions

- Work closely with onshore team for all operational and project management activities

- Centrally track & manage New Transitions (New Win/Tier I/Tier II)

- Carry out efficiency analysis and assess reasons of inefficiencies

- Drive initiatives to optimize resourcing and leverage scale to drive efficiencies

- Provide analysis to RSC leadership on various aspects such as utilization, efficiency and quality trends
