AVP - Research - Real Estate Sector

Responsibilities:

1. Tracking and analyzing the macro-economic indicators and its impact on Real Estate sector

2. Continuous analysis of real estate markets (across asset classes) for new trends, developments and news.

3. To prepare city reports providing critical analysis of demand, supply, outlook going forward after studying current trends.

4. Analysis and preparation of key data points of listed real estate companies.

5. Study and analysis of various new policies of the State/ Central Government affecting real estate sector.

6. In-depth micro market study of the location, competition analysis where investments has been made
