Hiring for an AVP-Regulatory Reporting for one of the largest Financial Institutions (Headquartered in UK).
JD:
- To lead and manage the team responsible for the production of the Group’s prudential FSA returns, capital adequacy, and RWA information for the Board
- Provide advice and guidance to business areas on the treatment of products and transactions for regulatory purposes.
- To assist in the system and process enhancement in the business for production of regulatory information
- To oversee the preparation and review of the FSA returns for submission to the FSA;
- To oversee the preparation and review of the analysis and commentary on consolidated Group regulatory capital and risk weighted assets;
- To provide guidance to business areas/sites on regulatory reporting issues
- To initiate and direct improvements to the regulatory reporting process to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and effectively
- To provide guidance to business areas/sites on regulatory reporting issues (after review by line manager, where applicable)

- To assist in the system and process enhancement, implementation and automation of the group reporting process as allocated
- To work effectively with the Group Regulatory Reporting team and the rest of Global Finance;
- To liaise effectively with other business areas/sites in order to create/maintain successful working relationships;
- To share information, both vertically and horizontally, within Regulatory Reporting
Skills/Experience Required:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CWA /CPA /CIMA) or MBA Finance or Equivalent degree from a reputed institute, Bachelor’s degree
- 8-10 years of post-qualification experience OR B.Com/M.Com/CA (Inter)/CWA (Inter) with at least 8-12 years of experience
