- 10-15 years of experience in Training with minimum 4-5 years in Retail Assets/ Lending space.
- Willingness to travel.
- Stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with various training methodology ( Virtual / Classroom/ OJT).
- Ability to plan, multi task and manage time effectively.
- Must have hands on Functional Learning Design & Delivery Experienc.
- Develop the Functional Learning Strategy in line with the organization vision & priorities.
- Leverage technology to find innovative ways to impart key functional modules at scale
- Build capability for frontline employees in sales & non sales function by imparting training on Product, Process, Compliance, Skills & Behavior
- Continuously engage with internal stakeholders to understand specific challenges in business to design & deliver training interventions that address the needs
- Develop and deliver both online and offline training programs using diverse training methodology
- Drive the Zonal & Regional Performance Coaches to improve frontline productivity by providing on the job training ( OJT) & performance coaching support
- Project manage delivery of Induction / Orientation program for employees
- Support LNI/TNI process in region and roll out regional interventions for frontline staff wherever required
- Design monthly learning calendar of the assigned territory and adherence as per the plan
