Responsibilities:
- Responsible for catering to the hiring needs of business verticals
- Liaison with business stakeholders and hiring managers for planning and successful execution of hiring plan at an optimal cost.
- Share MI and review the progress with business and the team at regular intervals.
- Partner with the other HR functions to strategize the hiring process for emerging business at GSC.
- Team & Stake holder management.
- Review vendor performance on regularly basis.
Skills:
- 8+ years of end to end recruitment experience in Banking/ITES domain.
