- Should be strong in recruitment analytics- at least 8+ years of experience into recruitment.

- Should have strong knowledge of analytics & strategies to be used for recruitment.

Manpower Planning & Budgeting : Manpower Planning & Budgeting, manpower deployment plan, HR budgeting

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment : Recruitment, selection, recruitment lead time, sourcing through social media, screening, conducting recruitment drives, offer negotiation, making salary fitment and joining formalities

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Operations : Offer and hiring process management, HR information and management systems, HR Audit - Internal, ISO and External audit, Reporting and MIS, HRMS, Projects

HR Operations : Performance Management System, appraisal related communications, employee performance evaluation and confirmation process, payroll processing and management

Technical Skills : Excellent in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau 8.2, Business Object Reporting, Email Services
