AVP - Recovery & Collection Portfolio - Investment Bank

A Leading Investment Bank in Bangalore is looking for an AVP.

Candidates who has 10-12 years experience in Recovery and Collection of Vehicles(Commercial/Personal) are preferred. The Person will be based in Bangalore( Handling Entire Karnataka) with a Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Overseeing Collection & Recovery portfolio of Vehicles ( Commercial and Personal) for entire Karnataka Region.

- Negotiating with defaulters & managing their repayments through a team of 11 members.

- Overseeing the collections activities for delinquent loan accounts and achieving the targets.

- To achieve Penal Overdue collections.

- Timely execution of the legal tools in order to effect the recoveries in phased manner

- Interacted with Legal Dept. to ensure implementation of collection strategies through legal tools.

- Closely monitoring the high risk / high exposure Accounts and responsible to initiate message to keep close watch.

- Closely Monitoring of infant cases to control early delinquency.

- Coordinating and follow-up with advocates for legal filing against delinquent customer i.e Sec-138, DRT & Arbitration.

- Repossession and disposal of vehicles as per guidelines.
