We have a job opportunity for AVP-Recovery Analytics with leading bank.

Projects and analysis

- The incumbent would be required to manage Recovery strategy team (team of 3 - 4 people)

- Manage & drive projects, adhocs in liaise with UK counterpart that enables insight to build collection strategies

- Building effective strategies to collect data, analyse information, conduct research, and implement analytics solutions for business

- Ensure team gets right scoping of projects or adhocs and set right expectation on requirement to avoid conflicts

- To be hands-on analytical engagement

- See the 'bigger picture' and be able to understand the impact of various strategies, policies and events and ability to provide recommendation and guiding team

- Complete analysis as required and document results and formally present findings to management

- Working with team and business partners to define and document business requirement and translate into analytical solution

Following are the broad skills that would be required for the proposed job profile: -

- 8 - 13 years of risk analytics experience in financial services or banking domain

- Prior working knowledge of collection & recoveries preferable; Collection & recoveries strategies, UK retail data, products / Brands and Valuation models, pre-delinquency strategy

- Expertise in risk segmentation building. Hands on experience in advance analytics technique will be beneficial

- Managing multiple stakeholders as well as people management experience

- Strong working knowledge on Statistical Analysis concepts and application

- Expertise in SAS is desirable to churn data and present insight efficiently

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- Post Graduate degree in quantitative disciplines (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Management Science) preferable

Proficiency in SAS is mandatory.
