AVP - Record to Report (R2R) Operations, Hyderabad

Looking for a seasoned Finance Professional to lead Record to Report (R2R) Operations for a Global client

- Will handle teams of 100+ in the R2R domain

- Must have the ability to collaborate and work globally with other business leaders and functional leaders

- Manage the delivery of outsourced services across globally spread out delivery network

- Will have to identify, understand and reduce performance gaps

- Understand Clients business need and propose appropriate solutions

Required:

- Finance Professional who should have managed large sized F&A operations for the Record to Report (R2R) Tower.

- Proven record of handling clients independently and having transitioned knowledge from onshore locations

- Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and championing improvement projects

- Ability to drive right operational initiatives to accomplish the desired financial outcomes
