1. JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

ESSENTIAL- C.A., or MBA (“Tier-I”)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- 6 to 8 years plus at the corporate level in a large or medium size Real Estate Pvt. Equity fund / companies and should have exposure to investment activities.

- Thorough knowledge of MS Office and strong Analytical Skills

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

a. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This role is responsible for identifying the investment opportunities, creation of business plan, negotiation of investment, investment structure, tracking of investment and also involve in legal and financial due diligence of investment.

b. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA)

SL. RESPONSIBILITY AREA

1. Identify business opportunities for the Company

2. Propose investment opportunities & creation of business plan

3. Negotiate and finalize the terms and conditions with the partner

4. Conduct commercial evaluation of the proposals and provide inputs to the management for decision making

5. Propose the deal structure to the management and assist in negotiation

6. Monitoring of investments

7. Submit MIS to management on existing deals, exceptional reporting status of proposals etc

C. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contribute towards organisational planning and strategy

Skills / Capabilities

- Good understanding of the business and competitive challenges and their impact on the business

- Understanding of the Company, its market, finances and its people

- Knowledge of laws / rules & regulations

- Good negotiation skills

- Ability to take a holistic view of issue, and how their impact various parts of the organizations

- Ability to liaise with external organisations such as Brokers/ Consultants, other organizations, etc.

- Good verbal & written communication skills

- Operating knowledge of computers
