- Take charge of QA and QC for a Rs 1,000 Crore Organization manufacturing container glass in 2 plants  - Translate client requirements or specifications into standards or norms to be met by Operations  - Review existing systems, and, as needed, create new ones to ensure that quality at all stages - inward, moulds, inprocess as well as out going quality meets specifications  - Perform root cause analyses of customer complaints, work with Operations, Engineering in effecting long-lasting corrections  - Participate in discussions during mould design and incorporate features that support manufacturability as well as production to a consistent quality  - Review status of compliance with ISO and several other Certification Standards; train employees in improving compliance  - Mechanical Engineer  - Technically strong; proficient in contemporary QA / QC practices
