AVP - Quality - Blackbelt/Lean

AVP - Quality (Black Belt Certified/ LEAN Practitioner)

Responsibilities:

- Leading / implementing transformation projects.

- Implementing Lean / Six Sigma Certification

- Good Knowledge and practical experience of six sigma methodologies and lean practices

- Prior experience of project management / deployment / implementation in Lean / Six Sigma is a must.

- F&A experience will be an advantage

- Frequent travel to Noida may be required with occasional travel to UK

- Process Excellence, Business Excellence, Quality Management, Operations Management, Process Management, Customer Relationship Management, Identification and Mentoring of Improvement Projects (GB,YB), Lead Projects, Dash boarding of the Account, Managing Revenue Per Headcount of accounts, Involved in cost benefit analysis, Deploying Process and Policies PAN process/ location/ vertical, Implementation of Six Sigma, Implementation of ISO across organization

Key skills required:

- Certified Black Belt/ LEAN Practitioner

- Team Management Experience, Stakeholder management

- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

- Exposure to international clients environment

- Perform well across cross-functional teams.

- Open to working in extended work environment
