Roles &amp; responsibility : - Building out and leading the team of quality assurance managers to implement and execute the quality guidelines - Developing and implementing the process to set in place and monitor the quality standards of the catalog production process - Responsible for catalog quality by accurately classifying and correcting data of all the SKUs. - Identify Training needs for the process and quality team by managing KPI - Workflow Management - Daily work load /execution plan - Capability to deal with ambiguous situations, understand the relevant and irrelevant data points with respect to problem - Developing and implementing the process to set in place and monitor the quality standards of the catalog, within agreed upon time lines - Lead six sigma process improvement projects through a data driven approach - Strengthen the MIS function to ensure all the key matrices are tracked real-time for efficient decision making Leadership/Interpersonal Skills/People Management - Ability to formulate and implement career path of each member in the team - Monitors customer feedback and NPS to identify problem and work cross functionally to take corrective actions with necessary vendors on quality parameters - High level of ownership, ability to understand organization wide impact of decisions/initiatives - Prior experience working in audit process / similar ecommerce processes. - Coordinate across multiple functions (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product) internally to get the best experience for our resellers Skill sets : - Excellent communication skills &amp; ability to learn quickly - Analytical skills and time management - Demonstrates strong people management / leadership skills - Ability to take independent decision in an ambiguous situation - Ability to make effective escalation decision - Ability to work within all categories Qualifications : - Graduation in Engineering and Post-graduation in any field - Black belt in Six Sigma - Lean certified
