Location - Noida, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Pune
Experience - 14+ years
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Overall accountable to all internal and external stakeholders for specific engagement under him/her.
2. Managing claim personnel to include hiring, training, performance assessment, planning and delegation of workload, coaching and motivating to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
3. Devise approach to solving complex problems Exhibit intellectual leadership to the problem-solving effort.
4. Ensure deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives and drive the strategy for the portfolio assigned.
5. Provide regular portfolio status updates and track KPI's/ Metrics related to all project tasks assigned.
6. Drive transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective.
7. Effectively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points.
8. Provide direction and mentorship to the operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a solid team
9. Align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently
10. Foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans
11. Build impactful customer relationship; improve Net Promoter Score. maintain existing book of business, and drive revenue growth.
Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience:
1. Minimum of 15 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill
2. Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects, preferable in P&C Domain
3. P&C Domain, preferably a claims expert, who has extensive exposure to managing large teams size of 100+ FLE's
4. Ability to define projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.
5. Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
6. Experience of handling new transitions, phasing from strategic assessment till operations set up with zero surprise delivery
7. Develop contingency strategies and plans for staffing changes. Manages FTE's levels based on budget requirements & direction provided
