AVP - Projects/Client Servicing - Analytics & Strategy Planning Firm

The company is a high-end Analytics and Strategy Planning firm, registered in Singapore with operations in India. They are looking to build a high powered team and are currently looking for an Associate Vice President - Projects.

- The role is currently based in Mumbai. Key attributes sought are good qualifications, high quantitative acumen and demonstrable interest in data analytics.

- The company works with senior management across Fortune 500 companies to provide customized solutions - primarily in high end analytics and management consultancy tailored for strategic decisions.

AVP - Client Servicing - What can you expect :

- Own and manage engagements with strategic clients, building relationships with key personnel

- Understand client requirement fully and partition project into specific tasks

- Delegate project tasks among team members while holding them and yourself accountable for results and timely delivery

- Present results back to senior management for approvals and guidance, and subsequently to clients

- Actively drive and participate in stakeholder discussions at client side to understand how our results are beingutilized and suggest opportunities for better servicing

- Manage a portfolio of projects, directing and controlling the process of fulfillment of commitments with highest standards of excellence and integrity

- Work closely with senior management, sales and innovation teams and be part of strategy team

AVP - Projects - What do we expect :

- You will face a tough learning curve; we expect you to have a questioning mind and problem solving mindset

- Strong academic qualifications with a B.Tech/ M.Sc degree (Stats)/ MBA (with strong bias for quantitative analysis) from a TIER 1 institute

- 4+ years of team management experience

- Love working with numbers, grasp statistical concepts and communicate effectively to non-technical personnel

- Experience of managing teams and working in high pressure situations

- Inclined to - out of box- thinking and be adept at finding solutions that address complex business scenarios.

- Diligent, process-oriented and satisfy high quality of business deliverables targeted for senior management.
