Job Title: Operations Project head Job Grade Range: AVP Department: Operation Reporting To: Head of Projects &amp; quality operations Experience: 8-10 years plus Qualification: Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA Green Belt / Black Belt Location: Mumbai - Thane Job Description - The position will responsible leading Operations projects along with E2E implementation and roll-out - Led system changes/enhancements along with IT team independently, - Liaison between operations SME and IT team for implementing or deploying system changes through SDLC lifecycle - Strong in conceptualizing ideas &amp; converting into functional &amp; non-functional BRD and UD documents - Identify process redesign within operations, present to the senior management and get a buy-in from all stakeholders for implementation - Drive Six sigma opportunities within operations, mentor &amp; coach the SPOCS identified - Independently &amp; find opportunities of innovation leading to digitalization and automation of operations processes within NBFC/ finance domain - Independently manage external vendor assessment for a proposed solution - Strong negotiation skills in terms of closing vendor agreements for any solutions/application or software purchase - Manage the PMO of projects through robust tracking mechanisms - Strong presentation skills in designing a strategic idea and presenting to the senior management - Strong in data analytics, cost benefit analysis and impact assessment of projects identified - In previous roles, must have led projects basis project management phases with multiple stakeholders - Taking initiatives &amp; advising best practices to improve quality &amp; TAT for the unit - Knowledge of basic system/application architecture components - Affluent in SAS VA, SPSS is an added advantage - Strong communication skills to interact with Peers from the teams / cross functional &amp; Senior Management. - Should have managed a Team of at least 5-6 employees Desired Candidate profile: - Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt certified - At-least have driven 3-4 single handedly black belt projects with proven results. - Project management Professional (PMP from PMI), or CAPM (from PMI) or PRINCE 2 practitioner - Have been into Strategic roles in terms of driving overall operations level projects and exposed to various kinds of projects like system enhancement, process redesign and process improvement - ITIL V3 knowledge will be preferred Amit Panchal
