Job Description:

- Experience in Business Analysis, Business Management, Program Management or Controls

- Background in Asset Management, Operations, Technology

- Strong Project management skills

- Knowledge and experience with the analysis of investment performance and risk statistics a plus

- Continuous improvement and change management mindset, questioning conventional ways of managing the business and driving change to improve processes

- Critical thinking ability. Good organization and time management

- Thoroughness and attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong work ethic

- Good communication skills both written and oral
