Job Description-

- E2E process Governance (definition and maintenance)

- Design processes and controls to facilitate timely and accurate delivery

- Partnering in process compliance

- Enhancing process controls definition

- Replication of best practices in process design and maintenance

- Aligning Process metrics to customer priorities

- Drive internal focus on eliminating non-value adding processes

- Smoothening handoff points

- Championing metrics and measurements

- Provide assurance through ORF

- Demonstrating Management Awareness of risks and issues

- Assurance on Information Security

- Ensure process migrations adhere to governance standards defined

- Hand-shake with Service Management to provide necessary support on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on issues related to process or information security gaps.
