3) Vendor RFP floating, Proposal etc

4) Vendor evaluation and shortlisting

5) Engaging with EA office for Architectural approvals

6) Engaging with Infosec approvals

7) Engaging with ESM for commercial and other activities

8) Vendor Onboarding (NDA , legal agreement, PO ect)

9) Infra Requirements & procurement

10) Integration requirements and engaging with respective application owners

11) Project Planning (Implementation ect)

12) Overall costing

13) Driving implementation

14) UAT release and tracking

15) Load and infosec clearance

16) Production planning

17) Production Rollout

18) Post production handover planning

19) Post production support during handover.

20) All documentation repository handover (taken during course of the project)
