AVP - Program Management 

- Life Insurance experience & understanding is required in strategy and planning role. 

- Handling business transformation and sales management program management.

- Should have working knowledge of Lead Management Systems (preferably Vymo or similar)

- Implementation of the lead management system to improve sales efficiency

- Incumbent will need to work in a matrix organization with internal & external (Lead Management System vendor) stakeholders to implement a standardized sales choreography environment
