- Designing of New product programs to cover right customer segments
- P&L Management, Budgeting/Planning for the HL / LAP Business for the Financial Year
- Identify upsell / cross sell opportunities for the products to increase customer stickiness
- Product analysis for profitability & markets size, for determining continuity/exit, as well as process reengineering
- Project Roadmap & Execution for the year
- Experience in managing projects for LOS, LMS (digitization)
