Job Description:


- The incumbent in this role shall be responsible for managing the complete array of Products & Portfolios created across 7-10 partner banks along with developing great working relationships with all existing partner bank teams.

- This person would work in Cross functional projects for building both pre and post-acquisition digital capabilities & integration with existing & new cobrand partners. This person will also be responsible for tracking new card Sales & ensure achievement of all key portfolio metrics.

Description for Internal Candidates:

- Growing Banking cobrand card portfolio through onboarding new cobrand partners translating into building new account opportunity for the business, The role entails building a pipeline of credible new prospects post evaluating internal guidelines This role will also be responsible for hand holding of a new partner after onboarding & stabilizing the new relationship till it matures. Additionally, this role will liaison with partners for product management and profitability. Maintaining relationship for ensuring seamless functioning of the partner facing processes, Meeting ad hoc regulatory / RBI / MIS / Data related Partner requirements

- Manage the existing cobrand card partnerships which includes tracking and managing product and marketing.

- P&L for all products in the Banking co brands portfolio and ensure all cost are within MOU budgets.

- Drive digital initiatives in all banking partners, capability building for Digital acquisition models, payment solutions and new risk policy requirements.

- Drive penetration of various channels of system integration into partner ecosystem

- Evaluates situations using multiple sources of information including extensive industry benchmarking.

- Ensure customer and product promise, seamless delivery of product Value proposition / built portfolio segmentation strategies, grow banking cobrand portfolio to surpass usage, activation & P & L benchmarks.

- Responsible for tracking, reporting new card sales & implementing projects / liaison with partners for increase in new card sales & Digitalization.

- Ensure Digital initiative for Pre and Post acquisition experience with existing and new Banking cobrand Partners.

- Built capabilities to launch Project "Pratham" based sourcing with new partners and liaise with partners to seamless execution.

- Drive Strategies in collaboration with internal teams & partner banks for developing innovative channels.

- Ensure MOU and all compliance and legal guidelines are adhered and followed in all cobranding programs

- Built rigor of joint reviews with internal and cobrand partners

- Deliver on partner expectation with regards to regulatory and data requirements and demands

- Ensure adherence to all the compliance and audit policies

- Developing and providing customized services/solution for products in the Banking co brand portfolio and ensure regulatory compliances.
