Job Description

We believe that a lot of innovation needs to happen in the way restaurants operate across the world and we are looking for individuals who can take charge and make this transformation by building products which deliver great customer value. We are looking for someone who can reason from first principle rather than by analogy and boil things down to the most fundamental truths while taking decisions.

- Align product vision and strategy as per business goals and translate product strategy in detailed documents and wireframes

- Take over-all responsibility of success of the product by keeping track of product usage metrics and churn

- Consistent engagement with our global customer base directly, and decide the future of the product by working closely with our design and engineering teams.

- Collaborate with sales, account management and customer support teams for understanding customer pain points, discuss new ideas and give visibility on what is being built.

- Demonstrate product plan with new features, enhancements and time-lines to all stakeholders

- Keep track of developments in global F&B industry

Skill Set

- Prior product management experience - minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience for APM position and experience on leading a minimuim of 4 people

- Structured and clear thought process for decision making

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong inter-personal and enterprising skills

- Self-starters with very strong bias towards action

- Ability to interpret data and make sense out of it without getting stuck in analysis paralysis

- Past coding experience / exposure to Machine Learning would be a plus
