What will you do every day?

Set clear measurable objectives/metrics to the team that will lead to achieving our business goals.

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps.

Translate concepts to inputs for the UIUX/design team and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Take responsibility for the entire life-cycle of key product areas from prototyping of new features to analyzing their impact on our KPIs.

Coordinate/Create all relevant processes between engineering, design and marketing to ensure seamless progress from conception to launch.

Own project scope, milestones, timelines and deliverables and manage the communication with the teams and the stakeholders.

Inspire and motivate the development team to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency (groom and prioritize the backlog, set sprint goals, plan releases and upgrades, follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints etc.)

Leverage buy-build-partner analysis to drive new product development and evaluate the maturity of available solutions.

Your Superpowers:

Experience:

6+ years of experience ideating and executing well-designed, tested, complete web applications or back-end systems in a production environment

3+ years in a B2C, customer-centric company. Having worked at a startup is a plus

2+ years in team management

Built out and owned successful A/B testing of features at scale

Accountability & Decision making:

You accept responsibility for your own actions and decisions and demonstrate commitment to accomplishing work in an ethical, compliant, and efficient manner for the benefit of your clients and the company

Strong analytical, data analysis, and SQL (or similar language) experience
