AVP - Product Management - Mobile Application

Position Overview:

As the Senior Product Manager / Assistant Vice President of products (Flutter App Development), you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing our mobile app approach by leveraging the Flutter framework to create a unified, cross-platform solution. Your exceptional technical acumen, strategic vision, and leadership skills will be essential in driving the design, development, and deployment of this app. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and maintaining mobile apps at scale, a deep understanding of the Flutter framework, and a keen sense of innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development Strategy:

- Formulate a clear product development strategy for the new Flutter app, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Technical Leadership:

- Provide expert guidance on leveraging the Flutter framework for cross-platform app development.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to establish development best practices, coding standards, and architecture principles.

Product Development:

- Lead end-to-end product development, from conceptualization to release and ongoing enhancements.

- Translate high-level concepts into comprehensive product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Forge strong partnerships with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless and engaging user experience across platforms.

Scalability and Performance:

- Address scalability and performance challenges associated with a large-scale, cross-platform mobile application.

- Implement strategies to optimize app performance, responsiveness, and user satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and employ analytics tools to monitor app performance and user engagement.

- Utilize data insights to drive data-backed product improvements and enhance overall app effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with a significant focus on mobile app development.

- Proven track record of developing and maintaining mobile apps for Android and iOS platforms at a significant scale.

- Good knowledge in the Flutter framework and cross-platform mobile app technologies, along with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Strong technical background, including familiarity with software development methodologies, processes, and best practices.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products on schedule.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
