Product - AVP

Job Purpose:

The responsibilities include analyzing competition and conducting research for new product ideation, supporting new product launches, preparing analysis for Investment Committee meetings, distributor onboarding, industry data collation liaising with legal and compliance teams, and handling day-to-day product-related queries. Other duties include building processes, providing innovative ideas, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Study of competition and internal research / PMS / AIF / MFs where new product ideation can come in.

- New Product ideation on PMS, AIF, and Offshore platforms.

- End-to-end support in new product launches on PMS / AIF platforms

- Active involvement in Due Diligence processes by Offshore Institutions, Family Offices, etc. which will involve liasoning with different internal stake holders.

- Deck preparation which is rich with macro data along with industry specific updates, to be used by the senior management including CIO, Head of Sales, etc.

- Analysis to be prepared for internal Investment Committee meetings which will include Attribution analysis, Risk parameters, performance, stock actions, etc.

- Domestic and Offshore Product Management activities: preparing Factsheets, Performance computations, Ratio calculations, Commentaries, Attribution analysis, etc.

- Handling of day-to-day Product related queries from Domestic and International Business Development teams

- Focus on building robust processes for all the Product-related and other sales-oriented activities.

- Come up with innovative ideas to help assist the Business Development teams to enable Sales.

- Preparing Distributor-wise information to be shared monthly.

- Distributor Onboarding: get involved in onboarding a new Distributor and entail a good welcome experience for them which includes distributor agreements, information sharing, filled up diligence questionnaires, etc.

- Liasioning with the internal Legal and Compliance teams for execution of Distributor Agreements

- Industry Data Collation: including MF, PMS, AIF from different data sources.

Additional Skills Required:

- Excel (knowledge in macros would be an added advantage)

Minimum Qualification : MBA/ PG equivalent
