AVP - Product - Healthcare Benefits Firm

Position: AVP- Product (Leading Healthcare Benefits Co) (12-16 yrs)

Role:

- Responsible for new product development and innovative partnerships with third party providers

- Guide new product development from brain storming to launch

- Responsible for monitoring the health care eco-system in India & overseas and inform the top team about emerging opportunities and threats

- Drive the creation of new Products for the company, and various product propositions for the Company's Corporate & Distributions Partners

- Evaluate and conclude partnerships with innovative players in the healthcare and fitness ecosystem (including health care providers, pharmacy, diagnostic facilities, technology platforms, fitness providers etc)

- Understand and cater to the need of different channels; Retail, Distribution partnerships and Corporate

- Track competition and understand the Health care market

- Contribute to the delivery of a world-class, integrated digital consumer experience

- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, IT architecture and UX teams

Requirements:

- MBA with 12-16 yrs of experience in product management and product development

- Proven experience building consumer facing products, preferably in the health insurance, health benefits, employee benefits, financial services, etc space, at scale

- Digital healthcare experience highly desired

- Passion for health and wellness

- Ability to maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituents

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to lead and influence diverse teams
