AVP - Product - BFSI - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Job Description:

1. Innovate and launch new Loan Products & Services targeted to SME businesses

2. Product P&L, Policy, Process, Regulatory compliance

3. Market mapping, customer insights & Competition benchmarking

4. Responsible for defining Go-To-Market strategy, pricing and value proposition for the TG

5. Drive new product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders; build and manage an actionable product roadmap

6. Own and manage the product development lifecycle by working closely with multiple stakeholders such as Risk, Compliance and Technology teams

Preferred Background:

- 4+ years preferably in a Product role in BFSI sector

- MBA (Tier I)
