Strategic Responsibility:
- Establish profitable supply chains for key Fruits & Vegetables sourcing from Farmers and selling wholesale
- Creating strong sales channels for sale to retail and modern trade
- Establish corporate goals, short term/ long-term budgets and develop business plans for achieving business targets
- Active participation in business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
Execution Responsibility:
- Creating a network of farmers on buy side and clients
- Involvement in complete product life cycle
- To promote a performance-based work culture with an emphasis on team building
- Define and monitor process and cost control measures aimed at optimum utilization of available infrastructure and resources
- Focus on quality procurement direct from farmers to provide best quality products to customers at the best price
Business Development Responsibility:
- Identifying new market segments/business opportunities for achieving targets and optimizing the revenue.
- Responsible for the attainment of short and long-term financial and operational goals
