Job Description:
- Experience in process experience and quality.
- Drive Transformation initiatives across BPO organization
- Strategize, develop and deploy yearly transformation plan for BPS
- Manage Transformation programs and projects for clients
- Participate in PIBS process assessment and provide thought leadership to transformation solutions
- Establish Transformation knowledge base in knowledge management portal
- Identify resource requirements, on-board resources and assign roles & responsibilities
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals and provide feedback
- Develop and execute succession plan, competency development plan for the team
- Organize transformation seminars/conference sessions
