AVP - Process Excellence - Capital Markets/Investment Banking

Role :

- The Candidate will be involved in driving Process Excellence culture within the aligned business area working very closely with the Business Partners at different levels. The individual is going to wear different hat at different times and sometime multiple hats as well depending upon need of Business in that very hour.

- Different hat over here may mean Project Lead, Mentor, Data Analyst, Project or Change Manager. Through several strategic as well as tactical engagements he is going to be expected to drive projects/ initiative impacting Customer Experience, Operational Risk & Efficiencies.

- Incumbent will work towards establishing and maintaining delivery performance measurement system, driving Six Sigma knowledge, building the culture of continuous improvement and driving key business improvement initiatives through application of Six Sigma, Lean, DFSS and Project and Change Management methodologies.

- University degree

- Understanding and working knowledge of off shoring industry.

- Quality background (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) with implementation experience

- 8 years of overall experience.

- Experience in delivering six sigma and lean trainings

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Black Belt certified (for External candidates) OR Green Belt/ Process Excellence Certified (For IJP candidates)

- Influencing and Probing Skills

- Project and Change Management Skills

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of SAS JMP

- Should have prior experience of minimum 3 years in mentoring GB & BB projects

- Black Belt Certification

- Post-Graduation would be an added advantage

- PMP Certified

- ITIL Foundation Certified

- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in banking domain
