You will work as part of the Enterprise Process Engineering team Develops and leads redesign initiatives that encompass end-to-end analyses and future state redesigns within fast-paced environments You will be part of Reviewing existing procedures and existing business process documentation, creation of process models using iGrafx Responsibilities -&nbsp; 1. Manages process improvements for large multi geography, specialized work units with direct impact to organization-wide objectives delivering measureable business benefits to Business units. 2. Trusted &amp; resourceful partner for senior management stakeholders to conceptualize &amp; execute programs to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and experience delivered 3. Ensures effective integration of initiatives with the financial, technological, and process systems used or planned by the business supported. Partners with senior managers to allocate and coordinate resources and determine appropriate staff levels to support engineering initiatives. Develops and delivers effective written and verbal communications 4. Lead and provide business process direction as a thought leader for process improvements, MBO, Balanced Scorecards and delivering shareholder value &amp; ensure appropriate application of cultural focus, tools, and/or statistical approach 5. Implementation of the systematic improvement framework for improvements and innovation in specific Business area 6. Applies comprehensive knowledge of Process Engineering tools and methods to mentor matrixed team members on improvement approach, coupling with the appropriate techniques to educate and inform others
