AVP - Private Equity Advisory - BFSI

Specifications Of Position:

- Leading end-to-end execution of Private equity transactions

- Management of key client relationships

- Augmenting distribution reach for syndication process

- Deal origination

- Coordinate and lead sector research

Profile Requirements:

- 4/5 years experience in a senior position of Investment Banking with major focus on corporate M&A, Private Equity or any other corporate finance environment

- Experience of independently sourcing and executing at least 3-4 Private Equity transactions

- Ability to manage client engagements independently, from Cold-calling to Closure

- Strong academic background with an MBA from a reputed institution or CFA qualification

- Passion, commitment, orientation to excellence and fanatic client orientation
