AVP - Private Banking KYC Operations Manager

Our Client is world's leading banks and provides its clients with investment banking, private banking and asset management services worldwide. It has a long tradition of meeting the complex financial needs of a wide range of clients, offering advisory services, comprehensive solutions and innovative products to companies, institutional clients and high-net-worth private clients globally, as well as retail clients. They are hiring for an Operations Manager to lead their KYC Operations for global Private Banking process

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Leading KYC process to support client onboarding compliances across geographies for Private Banking clients

- Accurate and timely completion of KYC process which includes client onboarding, periodic reviews and ensuring appropriate due diligence.

- Deal with Senior Stakeholders organization wide and assist cross functional teams with queries.

- Managing operations team and oversee their day to day activity and escalations management.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 8-13 years of relevant experience in KYC specifically for global private banking clients

- Strong people management experience

- Problem Solver and ability to research and resolve critical issues.

- Excellent communication

- Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution
