Job Title : AVP - Primary Market Coordination

Aim of Position Coordination with merchant bankers,banks, clients and SE for issue work

Key Accountabilities :

- Ensure complete coordination in relation to the transaction with all concerned.

- Ensure all transactions are completed as per agreed timelines with the Issuer / Merchant Baker

- Ensure Billing Inputs and other MIS reports are provided as required.

- Payment follow up for the transaction handled

- Provide comments on offer documents, stationery etc

- Suggest Bank Collection Centers, follow-up for Forms, Schedules and Collection Certificates from Banks

- Provide the Issuer with Reports for filing the Listing Application, RBI filings etc.

- Verify Billing inputs

- Responsibilities Knowledge of regulatory provision of primary market, offers etc.

- Technical

- Administrative

- Ensuring safe keeping of documents and data .

- Continuous assessment of team members

- Approving leave plans

- Identifying training needs especially in domain areas and ensuring learning for team members

Key Success Indicators :

- Feedback from the banks and clients

- Debtors under 90 days

Qualification : Bcom / Post graduate/MBA in finance
