Who are we looking for?We are seeking a Pre-Sales professional boosting over 7+ years of industry experience, adept at comprehending client requirements, formulating persuasive proposals, and steering successful Pre-Sales cycles. Demonstrating a proven history of cultivating robust relationships with cross-functional teams at prospective client's side to achieve sales objectives, all underscored by strong communication, presentation and keen eye for details.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and assess competition for Pre-Sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop compelling presentations and proposals tailored to meet client requirements, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Stay updated on the latest features and advancements in our products or services, providing accurate information to clients and addressing queries effectively.
- Lead the preparation and submission of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Information (RFIs), ensuring timely and comprehensive submissions.
- Work closely with the sales team, providing necessary support in the form of collateral, case studies, and other relevant materials to enhance the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting key functionalities and addressing specific needs to showcase the value proposition.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align pre-sales activities with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of effective pre-sales strategies, incorporating feedback from the market and adjusting approaches based on evolving industry dynamics.
- Manage and prioritize pre-sales opportunities, tracking and reporting on the progress of potential deals to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualification:- Deep understanding in Bank-Tech, specializing in microfinance, co-lending, cross border remittances, Agri tech and similar areas.
- Demonstrate knowledge of key energy, commodity trading or financial concepts.
- An MBA Post Graduate degree, preferably with an Engineering background.
- Overall Experience in the IT industry of 7-10years.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills.
- Creative in problem solving, and ability to bring business opportunities
