Presales Consultant (AVP)_Retail Vertical   We are hiring Presales Consultant Retail Vertical for India's biggest IT and Services Firm.   Candidates with total 8+ years of work experience, including 5+ years of BPO Pre-sales experience (preferably 3+ years within Retail domain).  Job Role : Presales Consultant  Job Title : AVP   Experience : 8 + Years   Domain: Retail  Qualification: Any Graduate/PG   Location: Mumbai   Remuneration: Upto 35 Lpa   Job Description:   - Complete coordination and delivery of customer responses and presentations, managing customer visits etc.  - Work with Sales and Solutions team to address reactive pursuits (RFXs) and lead solution design activities   - Bid management : to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team/client. Ensure compliance to RASCI and follow upon bids.   - Market Intelligence/Industry Intelligence : Scan markets and business environment and share the same with the business unit on a regular basis. Help the team to build competitive intelligence by preparing necessary reports and presentations. Track industry benchmarks on a need basis  - Ensure timely delivery of Engagement Calendar, Aging tracker. Timely preparation of Pipeline movement grid for various verticals. Updation of RPM on real time basis for various verticals  - Participate in solution discussions, weekly and monthly meetings & sales reporting  - Ensure iQMS process and procedures are followed in the Pre-sales team and regular mock audits are conducted.  - Responsible for staying abreast of offering/product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the offerings and how these are applied to address business problems.  - Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.  - Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Solutions/Delivery teams regarding offerings including co-ordinating gaps between offering features and market/customer demands  - Liaison with Offering Owners and Delivery Teams, understand the details of offerings and communicate information back to sales organization  Skills Required:  - Excellent understanding of the pre-sales and solutions domain  - Should have sound knowledge of various levers that go into creating winning solutions  - Should be able to co-relate client requirements to various organizational capabilities that can address those requirements  - Should have appropriate knowledge across BPO horizontal areas and have pre-sales experience in Retail domain.  Please reply with your updated CV or call on 07316055501 if you find this interesting   Mayanka  0731-6055501
