Job Description - 

- Understanding of the CV/CE business with hands on experience in policy formulation and portfolio monitoring

- Preparation and implementation of policies

- Co-ordinating with business, product and other key stakeholders on a regular basis

- Regular portfolio analysis to assess the portfolio performance vis-a-vis the benchmarks

- Competition benchmarking of policies/processes

- Detailed analysis of delinquent accounts

- CA/MBA with credit policy/underwriting experience would be preferred.
