AVP - Change Delivery (Project Manager)
Role Purpose:
- The Project Manager is directly responsible for the day to day management of one or more projects with some level of complexity and scope.
- They are accountable for the delivery of the business aspects of the project, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget, having realised the benefits to the business as outlined in the project Business Case.
This is not an IT delivery role.
Experience
- Proven project management skills and at least 8-10 years of experience in managing several projects concurrently
- Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
- Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
- Experience of managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills
- Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
