Responsibilities:
- Managing the Retail renewal activities for the organization and generating new and improved opportunities for sales through the same increasing the renewals rates to the next level
- Ensuring all metrics are driven to increase the renewal though upsell, engagement with Advisors, building process efficiency
- This role would involve cross function working - Sales, Ops, finance and the other key stake holders
- Strong on partner engagement - Distribution partner ,distributors
- Device long term and short term retention strategies for the organization's products and services to generate new and sustainable business leads
- Design strategies to optimize call center activities, explore opportunities for up-sell, cross-sell, support lead generation for the sales team, ensure leads are effectively passed on to respective channel
- Support the respective channels sales team in improving sales through effective use of online/tele-marketing platforms to reach prospective clients
- Responsible for strategizing, guiding and driving the team in achieving free-look retention numbers
- Ensure achievement of renewal/retention targets across assigned channels, monitor progress and take corrective action as required
- Manage all complaints that has been lead due to renewals
- Ensure compliance to the regulatory guidelines, timely and accurate regulator reporting
Execution - Renewals
- Takes stock of the P&L across assigned channels, portfolio management of books built by designing cross-sell, up-sell campaigns, drive profitability
- Guide the team to maintain and increase retention/renewals, persistency across assigned channels to build stickiness with the customers
- Lead & develop the team to achieve sales, retention and efficiency is process building objectives
- Mentor, provide operational leadership and technical guidance to the team, thereby developing a strong and competent team
- Conduct effective performance appraisals for the team and identify training needs, manage attrition
- Ensure availability of backup resources for self and critical team members
Requirements:
- Post Graduate / Graduate with 10 years+ experience in leading retentions / renewals in Insurance Industry.
