Responsibilities :
- Support the implementation of relevant Performance & Reward policies and programs within the business
- Coordinate, complete and review a broad range of complex and specialized operational duties within HR Performance and Rewards, ensuring timely completion and compliance with established internal standards and external regulations.
- Acts as subject matter expert and support for problem resolution
- Responsible for providing effective, relevant and timely reporting, analysis and insights to support the execution of P&R policies and programs.
Qualifications & Experience required :
- Minimum Master's Degree in Human Resource
- Good working knowledge and understanding of current benefit legislation and statutory requirement
- Proficiency with personal computers and thorough knowledge of applicable HR systems required
- Strong understanding of the HR database and available analytical reports
