AVP - Performance Marketing
We are hiring for AVP - Perdormance Marketing for a life insurance client based in Mumbai.
Role involves :
- Drive specific areas in digital marketing especially in new projects either directly or along with external partners.
- Work with external partners e.g. consulting firms to ensure delivering on marketing related action items.
- Drive marketing analytics to continuously improve effectiveness of digital marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate with IT development and MarTech (part of Marketing team) for new deployments and platform specific improvements (e.g. UI/ UX).
Drive initiatives in the following areas :
- A/B testing to drive results and improvisation in areas such as apps, content sharing platform (advisor portals), customer self-service portal
- Perform Deep dive analytics and share actionable insights for greater campaign impact
- Introduce new ways of driving new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement by evaluating and actioning new tools from innovation partners.
Requirements :
- MBA (Marketing \ Communication\Media) or Masters with a leading institute
- 8 to 12 years with at least 5 years experience in Digital marketing, Marketing automation etc.
- Digital marketing
- Working knowledge of automated platforms such as CDP, Google Campaign Manager, DV 360, DDA optimization, A/B testing platforms, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager.
- Ability to convert insights/ data trends into actionable items
- Should possess good communication skills and ability to apply learning into campaigns that strengthen agent/ customer connect/ drive cross sell opportunities
- Inquisitive and willingness to learn and embrace new age marketing tools
